Gorgeous Blue Green Smocked Silk Pageant Dress

I just loved how this sweet little dress turned out. I think this is one of my favorite color combinations. It is a bright baby blue with icy green accents. The bodice is smocked with pearls. I hope I get to see a photo of it being worn!! Thank you for looking!
