Hand Smocked Dupion Silk Bishop!

This was a special request for a customer. I just love the way it turned out. The camera could not quite capture how gorgeous the color of the dupion silk though. It is such a rich teal color.

There are seed beads sewn into the smocking and bullion roses in each "point."
I hope you have a great week! I'm busy trying to finish up the little slip to the baby daygown that I posted a peek of below :o) Then I need to get busy on my Easter orders! I'll post more this week.

    Just gorgeous! I love the jewel tone of the silk as well as the perfect smocking. Pretty, pretty, pretty!!!
