Gorgeous Teal and Aqua Smocked Silk Pageant Dress

The colors of this dress were so beautiful in person. I just loved it. So it was no surprise to me when the little client wearing it stole the show at her pageant :) She won queen and fashion in her age division and she also got overall fashion and queen in her Dandelion Avenue original dress!
